We are currently seeking a strategic, experienced, and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and support the development of a high-performing workforce. In this role, you will oversee key HR areas including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training, acting as a vital link between management and employees to foster a productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with company objectives and business growth.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and identify organization-wide training and development needs.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labor laws, maintain accurate HR documentation, and oversee compensation structures.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics and analytics to guide management decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HR management or as a senior HR generalist.
- Strong working knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and modern HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and organizational capability.
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or PHR are an added advantage.
