About the Role
Joefelin Resources is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our comprehensive hospitality functions. In this vital role, you will be responsible for streamlining daily operations, elevating guest satisfaction standards, and driving team excellence across all departments in our thriving Nigerian establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate daily workflows across the front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and banquet services.
- Ensure high satisfaction standards from check-in to check-out, efficiently handling escalated guest complaints and special requests.
- Handle recruitment, training, shift scheduling, daily briefings, and performance evaluations for department teams.
- Monitor daily operational expenses, manage inventory control, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and assist in budget preparation.
- Ensure the property strictly complies with local health, fire safety, and legal regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of proven experience in hospitality operations management within the Nigerian market.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of effective staff management.
