About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our recruitment strategies and attract exceptional industry professionals. In this role, you will play a vital part in sourcing, vetting, and hiring both technical and administrative talent to support our expanding operations in the upstream oil and gas sector.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for white-collar and blue-collar technical roles within the oil and gas sector.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs, workforce planning, and job profile requirements.
- Utilize ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networks to source passive and active candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments for specialized oilfield positions.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding and integration.
- Maintain comprehensive recruitment metrics and pipeline reports for management review.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within Oil and Gas, EPC, or Energy sectors.
- Strong understanding of technical oil and gas competencies, industry certifications, and specialized job roles.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring diverse engineering and operational talent.
- Proficiency in modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office 365.
- CIPM or relevant professional HR certification is a distinct advantage.
