Key Responsibilities- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for diverse roles, ensuring a seamless hiring process from sourcing to onboarding using Greenhouse ATS.
- Deploy creative sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks to build robust pipelines for critical and high-volume vacancies.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand departmental talent needs, define selection criteria, and advise on market compensation trends.
- Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness to identify bottlenecks and optimize hiring operations.
- Represent Jumia at career fairs and support country-level employer branding initiatives to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Hold 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment consulting, or corporate HR roles within a fast-paced industry.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in modern sourcing techniques, passive candidate engagement, and multi-channel talent acquisition.
- Possess hands-on experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems, with proficiency in Greenhouse being a distinct advantage.
- Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills to juggle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
