About the Role
Eat'N'Go Limited, the leading restaurant group bringing world-class Quick Service and Casual Dining brands to Africa, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this exciting role, you will play a vital part in fueling our rapid expansion by identifying, attracting, and retaining top-tier talent. You will partner closely with line managers and internal stakeholders to build high-performing teams that consistently deliver exceptional dining experiences to our valued customers across the Nigerian market.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from proactive sourcing and screening to seamless onboarding.
- Drive innovative talent sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber professionals.
- Coordinate Performance Management System (PMS) activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, constructive feedback, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date recruitment and performance records in compliance with company standards.
- Partner collaboratively with Line Managers and key stakeholders to identify emerging talent and performance needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 4 years of proven professional experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, backed by hands-on Performance Management System (PMS) experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
