About the Role

As we expand our footprint in Nigeria, we are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to serve as the engine that ensures our work is delivered seamlessly, on time, and to the highest quality standards. In this pivotal role, you will design and optimize operational workflows, align cross-functional teams, and build scalable processes from the ground up to support our rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain quarterly and annual operational plans, roadmaps, and capacity forecasts to support company growth targets.
- Coordinate business activities across sales, customer success, marketing, product, and administration to ensure efficient resource allocation and reliable service delivery.
- Build operational processes and workflows from the ground up, identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions as user numbers grow.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance using defined KPIs, providing ongoing support and feedback to team leads to ensure deliverables are met.
- Oversee relationships with external partners, vendors, and strategic stakeholders to maintain high service standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, project management, or business operations, ideally within a tech, HR tech, or fast-growing startup environment.
- Demonstrated experience building processes from scratch and successfully scaling them as an organization grows.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in working with spreadsheets and operational dashboards to track KPIs.
