We are currently looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring across our subsidiaries, managing everything from high-volume recruitment to executive searches, and building the talent engine that drives our growth.
Key Responsibilities- Shape workforce planning and hiring strategy across our subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse departments, utilizing structured, competency-based interviews to source top-tier talent.
- Deploy proactive sourcing strategies including headhunting, professional networking, employee referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Elevate VFD Group's employer brand through digital channels, industry events, and strong university relations.
- Drive inclusive hiring practices to ensure diverse perspectives are represented across all candidate pools and shortlists.
- Manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently, translating recruitment metrics into actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine selection criteria, and champion recruitment best practices.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional recruitment experience, with proven success in executive hiring and multi-entity environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications like CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI are highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing and optimizing ATS and HRIS platforms.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills suitable for interacting with all organizational levels.
