We are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic recruitment team on-site at Ring Road, Ibadan. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious graduate or undergraduate to gain hands-on experience in modern recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and talent management while working alongside seasoned HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Source and identify potential candidates utilizing job boards, professional networks like LinkedIn, and various social media recruitment channels.
- Review incoming resumes and screen CVs against specific job descriptions and employer requirements.
- Contact prospective candidates to discuss exciting career opportunities and gauge their interest and availability.
- Conduct initial telephone or virtual candidate screenings and basic preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between qualified candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate databases and recruitment tracking records.
- Provide prompt follow-ups and maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, English, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- No prior formal work experience is required, making this an ideal entry-level internship for fresh graduates.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to organize, manage, and prioritize information effectively.
- High enthusiasm, a strong willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for building a long-term career in Talent Acquisition.
- Must be resident in Ibadan and fully available to work on-site at our Ring Road office.
