Key Responsibilities- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the attraction, hiring, and retention of top-tier talent aligned with company values.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with Nigerian labor laws.
- Manage performance management systems, facilitating regular appraisals, career development, and continuous feedback loops.
- Design competitive compensation and benefits structures to maintain high employee motivation and retention rates.
- Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures professionally and confidentially.
- Organize continuous training and capacity-building programs to foster staff growth and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate human resource records and manage payroll administration processes seamlessly.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience working as an HR Manager or in a similar strategic human resources role.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and modern HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing organizational culture.
