About the Role

We are a dedicated team of professional consultants offering top-of-the-line executive recruitment and selection services. We are currently seeking a proactive and analytical Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our dynamic consulting team in Lagos. The successful candidate will support the complete recruitment lifecycle, combining strong candidate engagement with data-driven recruitment practices to identify and secure exceptional professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support end-to-end recruitment for consulting, corporate, and specialist roles across various client organizations.
- Develop and execute effective talent sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
- Review CVs and applications against defined job requirements to shortlist qualified candidates efficiently.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidates against competency and role-specific criteria.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Maintain accurate candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System and build robust talent pipelines.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track key metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and conversion rates.
- Conduct market research, talent mapping, and support reference checks, background verification, and onboarding processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, executive search, or HR.
- Strong sourcing, candidate-screening, research, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with recruitment platforms or ATS.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality.
