About the Role
Electronic PayPlus Limited is a leading customer-focused smart card and payment solution service provider incorporated in 2004. We deliver world-class service across the financial and non-financial sectors of the Nigerian economy and beyond. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head, Human Resources to oversee our human capital strategy, ensure operational efficiency, and champion employee satisfaction from entry to exit.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, restructuring, and effective succession planning.
- Oversee comprehensive performance management processes aligned with corporate strategic objectives.
- Manage competitive compensation and benefits packages, payroll administration, and budget utilization.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, handle complex employee relations, and provide expert HR policy guidance.
- Design, coordinate, and evaluate impactful learning and development programs to enhance staff performance.
- Supervise HR administration, statutory remittances including tax and pension, and maintain accurate data records.
- Provide transformational leadership, coaching, and disciplinary guidance to the internal HR team and line managers.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 to 15 years of progressive HR generalist and leadership experience, preferably within the technology or payment solutions sector.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, statutory compliance, and modern HR best practices.
- Must reside around Ajah and its environs in Lagos State.
