About the Role
KCH Consumer Healthcare Limited is a leading global consumer healthcare company committed to world-class pharmaceutical manufacturing in Nigeria. We are currently expanding our operations and looking for a dedicated Tablet Coating Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a vital part in the manufacturing lifecycle, ensuring our pharmaceutical products meet the highest international standards of safety, quality, and efficacy.
Key Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and maintain tablet coating machines in strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GMP guidelines.
- Prepare, mix, and homogenize coating liquids, ensuring accurate weights, safety parameters, and environmental conditions.
- Inspect coated tablets for defects, monitor weight consistency before and after coating, and document all production data accurately.
- Perform daily maintenance, cleaning, and sterilization of coating equipment while maintaining a safe, clean work environment.
- Adhere strictly to occupational health, safety, environmental policies, and proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Candidates must possess an SSCE, OND, NCE, or HND qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Age must be between 22 and 30 years old at the time of application.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality systems, and safety protocols.
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain accurate production records.
