About the Role
Total Data Limited (TDL), a premier full-service Internet provider operating since 1994, is looking for a dedicated System Specialist to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will ensure the seamless operation of our office infrastructure, manage IT purchases, and provide exceptional technical support across hardware, software, and networking systems to drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and troubleshoot computers, servers, networking devices, and internet connections to ensure optimal system integrity.
- Provide responsive technical assistance for PC hardware, software, and standard corporate applications.
- Train staff members on standard software applications and advanced usage techniques.
- Coordinate information systems projects, conduct needs assessments, and research hardware and software solutions.
- Administer web applications and enterprise software, including the official website, Microsoft Office Suite, email servers, Zoho Recruit, and Zoom.
- Maintain the IT budget and advise management on strategic information system issues.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain efficient electronic document classification.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience as a System Specialist or in a similar IT role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
