About the Role

American Tower Corporation is a global leader in digital infrastructure, enabling communities to stay connected through innovative communications real estate solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Asset Database Coordinator to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this vital role, you will oversee end-to-end data collection, validation, and consolidation processes, ensuring our asset databases remain accurate, secure, and fully optimized to support our telecommunications operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute data collection techniques to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy across all digital platforms.
  • Validate incoming asset data and photos from the Office Track platform into SAV with high precision.
  • Consolidate validated data, producing timely weekly and monthly asset reports in alignment with agreed templates.
  • Conduct quarterly user engagement audits and manage user support across enterprise applications like Oracle, Siterra, and Salesforce.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and user guides for internal employees and external vendors.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, escalate anomalies to management, and assist in implementing optimized business processes.
  • Ensure strict adherence to corporate data governance policies, IT security standards, and the Anti-Bribery Policy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience within a multi-disciplined organization.
  • Prior experience in the wireless or telecommunications sector is an added advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, macros) and data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Strong project management skills with proven experience handling EMEA IT platforms (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, SAV).
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills with a strong dedication to ethical standards.
