About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Asset Database Coordinator to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this vital role, you will oversee end-to-end data collection, validation, and consolidation processes, ensuring our asset databases remain accurate, secure, and fully optimized to support our telecommunications operations.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and execute data collection techniques to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy across all digital platforms.
- Validate incoming asset data and photos from the Office Track platform into SAV with high precision.
- Consolidate validated data, producing timely weekly and monthly asset reports in alignment with agreed templates.
- Conduct quarterly user engagement audits and manage user support across enterprise applications like Oracle, Siterra, and Salesforce.
- Develop comprehensive training materials and user guides for internal employees and external vendors.
- Identify operational inefficiencies, escalate anomalies to management, and assist in implementing optimized business processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate data governance policies, IT security standards, and the Anti-Bribery Policy.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience within a multi-disciplined organization.
- Prior experience in the wireless or telecommunications sector is an added advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, macros) and data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Strong project management skills with proven experience handling EMEA IT platforms (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, SAV).
