NEM Insurance PLC, a leading name in the Nigerian insurance sector with a rich history dating back to 1948 and operations extending across West Africa, is seeking a dedicated System & Network Administrator to join our dynamic IT team in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, network environment, and information security operations.
- Troubleshoot network infrastructure devices and rapidly resolve complex technical issues.
- Configure and monitor network services, common networking protocols, and system documentation.
- Provide reliable technical support for internal enterprise systems and hardware devices.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance system performance, security, and scalability.
- First Degree from a reputable higher institution.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in system and network administration.
- Strong technical knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and hardware devices.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CCNA, Fortinet, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified Administrator are an added advantage.
