Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive engineering designs and prepare precise Bills of Quantities (BOQs), incorporating value engineering principles where necessary.
- Conduct thorough site inspections, evaluate project requirements, and deliver tailored technical solutions.
- Prepare, review, and update engineering drawings in compliance with manufacturing specifications and industry standards.
- Review tender documents, undertake accurate pricing, and formulate competitive proposals and quotations.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
- Coordinate the preparation, compilation, and submission of bids with complete supporting documentation.
- Manage Engineering and Commercial Management Information Systems (MIS) and generate insightful reports.
- Oversee assigned customer accounts, ensuring prompt responses to client inquiries and communications.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven professional experience in system design and commercial engineering within the construction or M&E sector.
- Strong proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimation, and tender management.
- Familiarity with Engineering and Commercial Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
