Halliburton Energy Services is currently looking for a motivated and skilled Service Operator I - Cementing to join our dynamic team in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Key Responsibilities- Rig up and rig down cementing service equipment on work locations, including spotting cement storage vessels and pre-mixing spacer fluids.
- Perform and learn pre-job calculations related to pipe capacities, volume, hydrostatic pressure, and bulk cement blending.
- Train and provide guidance to operator assistants on pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and associated paperwork.
- Operate specialized equipment such as cement pumping and mixing units, blenders, liquid additive metering systems, and data acquisition systems.
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and company guidelines on all job sites.
- Minimum of high school education or equivalent, complemented by at least 6 months of experience as an Operator Assistant - Cementing.
- Valid licensure to drive commercial equipment as required by local regulations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cohesive field teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety awareness, environmental consciousness, and quality improvement processes.
