Key Responsibilities- Assist in conducting land and hydrographic surveys to support naval operations and national charting initiatives.
- Operate and maintain specialized surveying equipment, cartographic tools, and Geographic Information System (GIS) software.
- Record, process, and manage spatial data accurately for mapping and navigational purposes.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to produce detailed maps, charts, and technical reports.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines during field data collection.
- Minimum of an OND Lower Credit in Land Survey, Cartography, or Geographic Information System (GIS).
- Must possess the Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent with at least 5 credits, including English Language, Mathematics, and Physics or Geography or Technical Drawing.
