About the Role
Rubels & Angels, a premier destination for the tastiest crispy chicken, crunchy fish fillets, delicious soup bowls, and surprise trays, is looking for a detail-oriented Store Officer to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our high standards by ensuring optimal inventory management, accurate stock tracking, and efficient warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming food supplies, ingredients, and materials with high accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records using digital and manual stock management systems.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies with management.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking of perishable and non-perishable items.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for all inventory items in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement and kitchen staff to ensure timely replenishment of needed supplies.
- Prepare periodic inventory reports detailing stock movement, consumption rates, and waste management.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Store Officer, Inventory Clerk, or Warehouse Assistant, preferably within the food and hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
- Good numerical skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
