Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the entire dairy milk production line from raw material processing to final packaging.
- Ensure smooth oxygen-containing beverage production processes and optimize overall manufacturing workflows.
- Organize daily and weekly production schedules in strict accordance with established company targets and timelines.
- Monitor production output to ensure strict compliance with established quality assurance and food safety standards.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective engineering and procedural solutions to enhance productivity.
- Lead, train, and supervise production floor staff to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of production metrics, equipment performance, and material usage.
- Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in dairy or beverage manufacturing, specifically with oxygen-containing beverages.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a complete production line and meet strict output quotas.
- Deep understanding of Nigerian food safety regulations, HACCP, and ISO quality management systems.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in manufacturing resource planning and basic computer literacy for report generation.
