About the Role
Godrej Consumer Products Limited is a leading emerging markets FMCG leader committed to delighting consumers with superior quality products at affordable prices. We are currently looking for an analytical and proactive Supply Planning Executive to join our team in Nigeria, driving supply continuity across our robust home and personal care portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain an accurate 12-18 month supply plan aligned with approved demand forecasts.
- Convert production requirements into raw and packaging material needs via SAP/MRP.
- Optimize finished goods inventory levels to balance customer service, working capital, and obsolescence risks.
- Manage supply exceptions, lead times, port delays, and capacity constraints through effective risk mitigation.
- Collaborate actively within monthly S&OP/IBP cycles to present data-driven supply scenarios and trade-offs.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, or Material Planning within FMCG or manufacturing.
- Demonstrated proficiency in SAP/MRP and inventory optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
