We are currently seeking vigilant and professional Security Officers to join our growing campus security team in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor campus premises, gates, and facilities to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism.
- Conduct regular patrols across the university grounds to ensure the safety of students, staff, and visitors.
- Manage visitor access control by properly identifying, logging, and directing guests.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking appropriate action and reporting to management.
- Enforce university security policies and safety regulations consistently across the campus.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily security activities, incidents, and shift handovers.
- Collaborate effectively with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services when required.
- Possession of an SSCE/NECO certificate with at least five credits, including English Language.
- Must have a clean criminal record and high personal integrity.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with the university community.
- Basic physical fitness and the ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.
- Prior experience in a security or law enforcement role will be an added advantage.
