About the Role
Lucky Fibres Limited, renowned for Nobel Carpets and our market-leading premium hair extension brand Lush Hair, is looking for a dynamic and analytical Supply Chain Performance Analyst to join our growing team in Ikorodu, Lagos. In this role, you will provide critical analytical and operational support to the Supply Chain Head, serving as the central point of coordination for comprehensive performance reporting, business analytics, and strategic management reviews.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare daily supply chain dashboards covering warehousing, inventory, PPIC, procurement, logistics, transport, and exports.
- Monitor inventory health, stock coverage, ageing, liquidation, and working capital optimization.
- Analyse production and procurement planning against approved operational plans.
- Monitor supplier performance, track shipments, and ensure consistent material availability.
- Analyse warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and Extended Warehouse Management compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports alongside the Monthly Functional Review deck.
- Track and drive accountability for action items arising from executive management reviews.
- Build advanced dashboards and KPI reports to support data-driven operational decision-making.
- B.Sc. Degree or HND in Accounting, Cost Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- ICAN Professional Level or full qualification is strongly preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in supply chain finance, manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or business analytics.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning systems, preferably SAP.
- Working knowledge of Power BI for data visualization is a distinct added advantage.
- Must be currently resident in Lagos and available to work on-site at our Ikorodu facility. Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
