About the Role

We are currently recruiting a proactive Supply Chain Officer to oversee end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations for our client in Benin, ensuring seamless support for clinical and hospital workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full procurement lifecycle from requisition to delivery, ensuring optimal value and compliance with company policies.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers while negotiating favorable contracts and managing purchase orders.
- Oversee inventory management, secure storage, and efficient distribution to minimize stock-outs and wastage.
- Coordinate closely with pharmacy, laboratory, and clinical departments to forecast and fulfill supply needs accurately.
- Maintain comprehensive procurement records to support internal audits, compliance checks, and cost-control initiatives.
- Implement supplier-performance management strategies to guarantee consistent quality of goods and services.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or possession of a valid exemption certificate.
- Demonstrated professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management.
- Strong proficiency in supplier management, purchasing negotiations, and cost-control techniques.
- Familiarity with procuring medical and pharmaceutical supplies in a healthcare setting is a strong advantage.
