About the Role

We are currently looking for a diligent and proactive Inventory Officer to join our dynamic team and ensure the seamless flow of our pharmaceutical supply chain.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor stock levels continuously, identify potential shortages, and implement robust procedures to prevent stockouts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all incoming and outgoing pharmaceutical shipments.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers, place timely orders, and ensure prompt delivery of goods.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including the safe receiving, proper storage, and efficient dispatching of products.
- Analyze inventory data to identify consumption trends, optimize stock levels, and improve overall management processes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on inventory levels, stock turnover, and other critical key performance indicators.
- Conduct regular stock reconciliation and monitoring across company stations.
- Handle general administrative tasks and provide essential support during internal and external audit processes.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven professional experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
- Relevant training or professional certification in inventory management, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel and other relevant inventory management software.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
