About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and vigilant Team Lead Security to supervise daily security operations and ensure the highest standards of safety for our guests, colleagues, visitors, and company assets across our property in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will enforce security policies, manage emergency responses, and cultivate a robust culture of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily shift activities of Security Officers to guarantee optimal protection of property and personnel.
- Monitor CCTV systems, access control points, and security equipment while conducting regular patrols.
- Lead fire safety initiatives, workplace safety inspections, and hazard identifications in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate immediate emergency response activities during incidents, medical emergencies, or evacuations, and liaise with local authorities.
- Coach, train, and develop security personnel, prepare duty rosters, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Investigate security breaches or accidents thoroughly and prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly compliance reports.
- Bachelor Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or equivalent academic qualification.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant security experience, with proven supervisory responsibilities within the hospitality or service industry.
- Professional certifications in Security Management or Occupational Health and Safety will be a distinct advantage.
