About the Role
Dragnet Solutions is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Officer to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing procurement and supply-chain operations, ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and compliant sourcing, storage, and distribution of goods and services to support our facility and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end procurement processes from requisition to delivery, ensuring maximum value and compliance.
- Source and evaluate reliable suppliers, while effectively managing purchase orders and contracts.
- Oversee inventory management, storage, and distribution to minimize stock-outs and operational wastage.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments regarding specific material and supply needs.
- Ensure all facility procurement and inventory workflows comply with established organizational policies and standards.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and provide robust support for internal and external audits.
- Drive cost control initiatives and implement effective supplier-performance management strategies.
- Bachelor degree or HND in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Successful completion of the mandatory NYSC program or possession of a valid exemption certificate.
- Demonstrated experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management, including purchasing and stock control.
- Strong working knowledge of supply-chain management principles, negotiation tactics, and supplier management.
- Excellent inventory and cost-control skills with a high level of attention to detail and compliance.
- Effective communication and inter-departmental coordination abilities.
- Prior experience procuring medical and pharmaceutical supplies in a healthcare setting is a strong plus.
