About the Role

Dragnet Solutions is a dynamic Information Technology company specializing in innovative people screening and recruitment solutions. We are currently recruiting a dedicated Medical Officer I to join our healthcare services in Kaduna. In this role, you will provide comprehensive clinical care in family medicine under supervision, assessing and managing patients across out-patient and in-patient settings while supporting the safe and effective running of our medical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose and manage patients in family medicine under supervision, escalating complex cases appropriately.
  • Participate actively in clinics, ward rounds, on-call rotas, and medical procedures as required.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and ensure current MDCN registration and practicing licence in line with company policies.
  • Work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team, coordinating patient care with other departments.
  • Support managed-care and HMO processes through evidence-based and cost-effective clinical practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS or MBChB) from a recognized institution.
  • Current registration and valid practicing license with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-NYSC clinical experience, though exceptional newly qualified medical officers may be considered.
  • Demonstrated sound clinical knowledge in family medicine with competent record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and colleagues.
