About the Role
Dragnet Solutions is a dynamic Information Technology company specializing in the design, development, and implementation of innovative people screening solutions and recruitment processes to meet international standards. We are currently seeking a results-driven Supply Chain Officer to manage end-to-end procurement and supply-chain operations. In this role, you will ensure the timely, cost-effective, and compliant sourcing, storage, and distribution of goods and services that support our operational needs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage procurement processes from requisition to delivery, ensuring maximum value and organizational compliance.
- Source and evaluate reliable suppliers, negotiating terms and managing purchase orders and contracts.
- Oversee inventory, storage, and distribution workflows to minimize stock-outs and reduce operational wastage.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments and clinical teams to accurately forecast and fulfill supply needs.
- Ensure all facility procurement and inventory workflows comply with established internal policies and central guidelines.
- Maintain comprehensive procurement records and provide robust support for internal and external audits.
- Implement effective cost-control strategies and drive continuous supplier-performance management.
- Bachelor degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or possession of a valid exemption certificate.
- Demonstrated professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management.
- Strong working knowledge of supplier negotiation, purchasing strategies, and stock control.
- Exceptional attention to detail, regulatory compliance, and effective cross-functional communication skills.
- Familiarity with modern procurement and inventory management software is an added advantage.
