About the Role
Aldelia Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Manager (Coordinator) to join our team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless execution of supply chain activities, minimizing project delays, and driving operational excellence across our infrastructure and engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely creation, amendment, and closure of Purchase Orders (POs) within agreed turnaround times.
- Support material planning, monitor demand versus supply, and prevent site delays resulting from SCM gaps.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to guarantee prompt delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor compliance with company SCM policies, audit controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Track Work Completion Certificates (WCC) and manage invoice submissions to prevent payment bottlenecks.
- Prepare daily Management Information System (MIS) reports and track key SCM performance indicators.
- Collaborate closely with project and site teams to align SCM activities with execution timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant supply chain management experience, ideally within telecom, infrastructure, or engineering environments.
- Strong proficiency in PO management, material planning, and data analysis using Excel.
