About the Role

We are currently looking for a strategic and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee our end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring cost efficiency, service reliability, and uninterrupted business continuity in the Nigerian market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive supply-chain strategies aligned with organizational growth goals.
- Manage procurement, logistics, and inventory operations to ensure optimal stock levels and timely delivery.
- Develop robust supplier performance-management systems and negotiate favorable commercial terms.
- Monitor inventory levels, analyze demand forecasts, and implement cost-optimization initiatives.
- Manage distribution and logistics partners while tracking delivery performance against key metrics.
- Identify supply-chain risks and develop proactive contingency plans to mitigate operational disruptions.
- Monitor procurement and logistics KPIs, implement process improvements, and leverage technology solutions.
- Prepare regular supply-chain performance reports for executive leadership.
- B.Sc. or HND in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CIPS, CSCP, or CPSM are strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in supply-chain management, preferably within a tech or fast-paced corporate environment in Nigeria.
- Strong procurement, analytical, and supplier-management skills with exceptional negotiation abilities.
