Based in our dynamic Lagos office as part of Orphoz, the Senior Delivery Consultant will collaborate directly with senior management and specialist departments to lead high-impact transformations across key industries such as mining, banking, and telecommunications.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex project workstreams largely independently with the guidance of a project manager.
- Implement large-scale business and digital transformation programs to ensure sustainable long-term impact.
- Lead junior consultants and client teams to achieve project objectives during structured meetings and workshops.
- Drive operational excellence, strategic transformations, and post-merger implementations for clients.
- Minimum of 4 years of project management delivery experience within top-tier consulting or large corporate environments.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience executing large-scale business transformations, turnarounds, or digital initiatives.
- Sector expertise or strong exposure within Oil & Gas, Financial Services (Banking), or Telecommunications.
- Exceptional pragmatic problem-solving abilities and a strong drive for delivering measurable results.
