We are currently seeking a highly driven and resourceful Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain and import/export operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is comfortable building robust processes, and has hands-on experience managing complex supply chain operations, including international procurement, importation, and exportation. Experience in the renewable energy, clean technology, or related sectors is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring products move efficiently from global and local suppliers to customers while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, operational excellence, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, international sourcing, importation, exportation, inbound logistics, warehousing, inventory management, distribution, and last-mile delivery.
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth.
  • Coordinate and manage import and export activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, trade policies, shipping documentation, and applicable local and international laws.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, logistics providers, and transportation partners.
  • Monitor supplier and logistics partner performance, proactively mitigating risks that may impact product availability or delivery schedules.
  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service levels.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, and import/export operations within a high-growth startup or scaling business.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, inventory control practices, and international shipping processes.
  • Hands-on experience managing customs clearance, freight forwarding, shipping documentation, and Incoterms.
  • Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Preferred: Experience in renewable energy, solar, clean technology, or manufacturing sectors, alongside professional certifications like APICS/ASCM, CPIM, CSCP, or CILT.
