About the Role
Debyl Limited is an indigenous Nigerian engineering and infrastructure contractor established in 1991. Originally founded as a comprehensive supply chain management provider, the company has expanded significantly over more than three decades to become a major contractor specializing in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation & Commissioning (EPCIC), asset integrity management, and technical maintenance primarily servicing the oil and gas, construction, and petrochemical sectors. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to join our Port Harcourt team.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, internal departments, and clients to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Prepare accurate and economic pricing for tenders, considering vendor positions and market forces.
- Manage end-to-end procurement files, eSourcing from partner OEMs, and maintain active statuses on platforms such as SAP ARIBA, GEP, and NipeX.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including DPR certificates, NCDMB NOGIC JQS platform activities, NCEC/NOGIC certificates, SONCAP, and NAFDAC permits.
- Manage inbound freight, customs clearance, Form M processing, material logistics, warehousing, and local vendor purchase orders.
- Develop and maintain robust vendor and sub-contractor relationships while monitoring safe receipt of goods and hazardous material handling.
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc, B.A, B.Eng, HND) in a relevant discipline.
- 7 to 10 years of proven experience in supply chain management within the oil, gas, or engineering sectors.
- Completed Internal Auditor's training is a strong advantage.
