About the Role
Addme Nutrition Limited is a fast-growing Nigerian food and nutrition manufacturing company dedicated to producing quality, affordable, and accessible food products for consumers nationwide. We specialize in the manufacturing, processing, packaging, and distribution of premium food and seasoning products. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supply Chain / Export Officer to streamline our procurement, inventory, production planning, and international shipping operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring seamless material availability and efficient export execution, contributing directly to our continuous growth and market expansion in the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, supplier evaluation, price negotiation, purchasing, and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate supply chain and Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) activities to align material availability with manufacturing schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute robust stock management strategies to prevent stock-outs and excess holding costs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers while negotiating favorable payment terms.
- Coordinate all export activities, overseeing the entire process from order processing through final shipment and delivery.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping manifests.
- Liaise effectively with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth cargo clearance.
- Ensure all procurement, logistics, PPIC, and export operations comply with company policies and relevant regulatory standards.
- Track purchase orders, shipment milestones, and documentation workflows, providing timely progress reports to internal stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks related to supply chain, logistics, customs clearance, and inventory management.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 4 to 8 years of proven professional experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, PPIC, Logistics, or Export operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC), demand planning, and material requirement planning.
- Prior working experience within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of export documentation, Nigerian customs processes, and international shipping procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced capability in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Relevant professional certifications in supply chain or procurement will be considered a distinct advantage.
