About the Role
Tyla Integrated Services Limited is an indigenous, registered, and licensed private security services provider headquartered in Ikeja GRA, Lagos. Founded in 2019 and fully incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), we operate under the provisions of the Private Guard Companies Act. Our team combines decades of collective expertise in military, policing, and corporate security operations, managed by experienced Nigerian and British expatriates.
We are recruiting dedicated professionals to serve as Supervisors and Control Room Operators. These critical roles require individuals who can maintain vigilance, manage security protocols, and ensure seamless coordination across our operations. You will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, responding to security alerts, coordinating with field personnel, and maintaining detailed operational logs.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and operate control room surveillance and communication systems
- Coordinate security personnel and respond to incidents promptly
- Maintain accurate records and incident reports
- Oversee security procedures and ensure protocol compliance
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance coordination
- Minimum SSCE or OND qualification
- Physically and mentally fit with excellent health standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Clean background with no criminal record (background checks mandatory)
- Previous military, police, or security experience preferred
- Willingness to undergo professional training and strict policy adherence
