About the Role
Rosabon Financial Services Limited, a leading financial intermediary and subsidiary of Concept Group Nigeria, is seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Compliance Manager to safeguard our institutional integrity and reputation. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee our comprehensive compliance framework, ensuring seamless alignment with regulatory standards set by the CBN, NDIC, SEC, and EFCC, while driving a strong culture of ethical conduct across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain a robust compliance framework, policies, and procedures across all business units.
- Advise the Board and Executive Management on regulatory obligations, compliance risks, and emerging industry trends.
- Oversee Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT), Know Your Customer (KYC), and anti-fraud protocols.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of regulatory filings to the CBN, SEC, and other relevant authorities.
- Design and deliver engaging compliance training programs to foster an organizational culture of transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with Internal Audit and Risk Management teams to conduct compliance audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, ACFE, ICSAN) are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive compliance and risk management experience within the Nigerian financial services or leasing sector.
- In-depth knowledge of CBN, NDIC, SEC regulations, and NDPR/GDPR data protection laws.
- Demonstrated success in interacting with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and executive boards.
