Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and mentor front-of-house and support staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor service quality, address guest inquiries or complaints promptly, and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate staff schedules, workflow, and task delegation to maintain optimal operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to implement new hospitality strategies and maintain brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all service areas.
- Proven work experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality or lifestyle industry is an advantage.
