About the Role
Ace Mall, a leading indigenous retail chain in Southwest Nigeria, is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Supervisor to manage our vibrant photo studio operations. In this role, you will lead a talented team of photographers and media staff, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and creative output. You will be responsible for streamlining studio workflows, maintaining equipment, and driving revenue growth while creating a welcoming environment for our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations and administration of the photo studio to ensure seamless workflow and high productivity.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate studio staff, including photographers, editors, and customer service representatives.
- Manage studio equipment, schedule regular maintenance, and ensure all tools are in optimal working condition.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries, bookings, and feedback.
- Coordinate with the marketing and retail teams at Ace Mall to support promotional campaigns and special events.
- Monitor inventory levels of photography supplies and coordinate timely restocking.
- Generate regular reports on studio performance, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Relevant academic qualifications in photography, media studies, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience working in a photo studio or retail media environment, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of photography equipment, lighting setups, and digital editing software.
