About the Role
Royal Farms Integrated Products Limited is a leading Nigerian agribusiness and food distribution company headquartered in Aba, Abia State. Established in 2014, we specialize in the large-scale supply, cold storage, and logistics of premium agro-allied commodities and food staples for wholesale and retail markets nationwide. We are currently looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to optimize our daily business operations, streamline supply chain processes, and drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end daily operations, including cold storage facility management, logistics, and food distribution workflows.
- Develop and implement strategic operational policies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across all business units.
- Manage inventory levels of premium agro-allied commodities to ensure seamless wholesale and retail supply nationwide.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate warehouse, logistics, and administrative teams to maintain high performance and safety standards.
- Monitor supply chain metrics and resolve operational bottlenecks promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian agricultural regulatory standards, health guidelines, and safety protocols.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably within the Nigerian agribusiness or FMCG sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing large teams and complex supply chains.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and modern enterprise resource planning systems.
