About the Role
T.O.N Corporate Services is seeking an exceptional and visionary Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide high-level operational leadership across our diversified business group. With interests spanning Oil & Gas, Construction, Aviation Fuelling, Laboratory & Diagnostics, and other core sectors, this executive role is pivotal in ensuring our subsidiary businesses operate cohesively and achieve their commercial objectives. You will spearhead operational efficiency, drive profitability, and align all business units with the strategic vision of the Group.
Key Responsibilities- Provide overall operational leadership across the Group and its subsidiaries to maximize efficiency and commercial success.
- Oversee financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, cash flow, cost control, and strategic resource allocation.
- Establish robust performance metrics and governance structures to hold senior management accountable for results.
- Lead major business transformation, restructuring, cost-optimization, and corporate expansion initiatives.
- Ensure stringent regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal controls across all operating companies.
- Over 20 years of senior leadership experience overseeing significant, multi-faceted business operations.
- Demonstrated experience within a diversified holding company, conglomerate, or multi-subsidiary group.
- Cross-sector expertise spanning industries such as Oil & Gas, Construction, Aviation, or Healthcare/Diagnostics.
- Exceptional financial acumen with a proven track record of managing large P&L portfolios and driving profitability.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
