About the Role
Zurock Solutions is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a dynamic and growing food business specializing in the processing, packaging, marketing, and distribution of fresh and frozen seafood, poultry, meat, and other quality food products. We are looking for a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join their team in Nigeria to drive operational excellence, manage staff, and ensure seamless order fulfillment from processing to doorstep delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily business operations to ensure seamless, efficient workflows and optimal productivity.
- Manage both online and offline orders smoothly, tracking them from initial receipt through processing, packaging, and final dispatch.
- Supervise floor staff, assign daily duties, monitor performance, and manage attendance records.
- Maintain strict standards of hygiene, safe food handling, packaging integrity, and overall product quality.
- Handle inventory and stock management, including proper storage, monitoring wastage and spoilage, and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Drive online sales and elevate customer engagement across WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital channels.
- Coordinate logistics and dispatch teams to guarantee accurate order compilation, secure packaging, and timely deliveries.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly operational reports for management review.
- Hold an OND in a relevant field of study.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant operational experience.
- Prior background in food processing, retail, FMCG, hospitality, logistics, or similar fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated experience in online selling, social media customer service, and digital engagement.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and basic inventory control.
