We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Lounge Supervisor to manage our lounge operations, ensure top-tier customer service, and maintain a welcoming and sophisticated environment for all our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations of the lounge to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Train, mentor, and schedule lounge staff to maintain high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
  • Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing timely orders and minimizing waste.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards within the lounge area.
  • Collaborate with management to plan promotional events and drive revenue growth for the lounge.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Lounge Supervisor, Bar Manager, or similar hospitality role in Nigeria.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of inventory management and basic administrative tasks.
