• Set clear performance goals and deadlines in line with store plans and overall business vision, ensuring effective communication to subordinates
• Organize daily workflow and ensure employees understand their duties and delegated tasks
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance performance
• Receive customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability
• Support recruitment, training, and onboarding processes for new staff as needed
• Report on store performance, challenges, and improvement opportunities to management

• HND or B.Sc in any related field
• 2-3 years of proven working experience as a Supervisor; experience in retail business is an added advantage
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to a variety of job functions and responsibilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
