We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Hotel Supervisor to lead our dedicated hospitality team and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily front office, housekeeping, and guest service operations to ensure seamless workflow.
- Monitor staff performance, provide ongoing training, and foster a culture of exceptional customer service.
- Resolve guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Coordinate with different hotel departments to ensure rooms and public areas meet pristine cleanliness and safety standards.
- Assist management in inventory control, scheduling, and preparing routine operational reports.
- Possess excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
- Maintain a professional, polished, and presentable demeanor at all times.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills for effective guest and team interaction.
- Show a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and motivate others under pressure.
- Previous supervisory or relevant hospitality experience in Nigeria is an added advantage.
