Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure efficiency.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality, and overall performance while providing coaching and guidance.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain top-tier cleanliness and presentation.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly to guarantee high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare comprehensive daily operational reports and manage shift handovers effectively.
- Ensure strict compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and security standards.
- Monitor inventory usage, prevent operational losses, and report any maintenance defects promptly.
- Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hotel Management or related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in the hospitality industry, specifically within small to medium-sized hotels.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic reporting tools.
- In-depth knowledge of housekeeping standards, front office operations, and food and beverage service.
