About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving overall store performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining the high operational standards that the Prixair brand is known for.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day supermarket operations to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
- Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate store employees to achieve peak performance.
- Monitor sales, expenses, cash handling, and overall financial store performance.
- Oversee stock levels, ordering, receiving, storage, and rigorous inventory control.
- Ensure products are accurately priced, visually appealing, and readily available to customers.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor supplier performance and guarantee timely delivery of quality products.
- Prepare and review comprehensive sales and operational reports for management.
- Implement effective promotional activities and marketing strategies to boost sales.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, health codes, and safety regulations.
- Prevent and investigate stock losses, theft, and other potential operational risks.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of proven working experience in supermarket management or retail operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and exceptional customer service orientation.
