Key Responsibilities- Oversee professional, ethical, and legal standards across all pharmacy operations.
- Supervise dispensing activities to ensure the accurate, safe, and efficient supply of medications.
- Review prescriptions for clinical appropriateness and provide expert patient counseling.
- Lead, mentor, and train pharmacy teams while implementing standard operating procedures.
- Manage controlled drugs strictly in compliance with Nigerian laws and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and conduct regular audits for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with management to improve service delivery, promote rational drug use, and support public health initiatives.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree.
- Current active registration with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- Proven experience in community or retail pharmacy practice with leadership background.
- Deep understanding of Nigerian pharmacy laws, medication safety, and ethical standards.
- Strong organizational, inventory management, and regulatory reporting capabilities.
