About the Role
Scruples Resources, a leading consultancy and human resource provider in the Nigerian energy sector, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Subsea Worksite Supervisor. In this pivotal role, you will lead offshore teams, manage critical subsea assets, and ensure the highest standards of safety and operational excellence on our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage subsea maintenance teams and offshore operational activities.
- Oversee the preparation, maintenance, and operational readiness of all subsea equipment.
- Coordinate comprehensive maintenance planning around active rig schedules and upcoming projects.
- Monitor HSEQ compliance, KPIs, worksite performance, and drive continuous operational improvement.
- Manage contractors, inventory levels, quality systems, and structured maintenance programmes.
- Support thorough incident investigations, internal audits, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Ensure strict adherence to company standards, industry procedures, and quality requirements.
- HNC, HND, or equivalent technical qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in subsea equipment maintenance or engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of Wellheads, Tubing Hangers, Christmas Trees, SSTTs, and subsea intervention equipment.
- Demonstrated experience working with subsea contractors and major oil and gas operators.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS), auditing, RCA, and strict quality control.
- Proficiency in SAP/CMMS software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
- Valid BOSIET/HUET safety certifications.
