Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily workshop operations, maintenance, and repair activities for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Manage workshop staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Coordinate equipment servicing, troubleshoot technical faults, and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory, equipment usage, and workshop productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver prompt and reliable engineering solutions for our clients.
- Relevant educational qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in workshop operations, heavy construction equipment, vehicle assembly, or industrial maintenance.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing technical teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
